Basic Terms

2. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Upperclass.to users.
3. You may not use the upperclass.to service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
4. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, graphics, photos, links (“Content”)that you submit, post, and display on the Upper Class website. Professional or corporate uses of Upper Class Recordings are prohibited.
5. You must not modify, adapt or hack Upperclass.to or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Upper Class Recordings Inc.
6. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Upper Class members (“Spam”).
7. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature while uploading photos.
8. You must not, in the use of the Upper Class website, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
9. You understand and agree that Upper Class Recordings Inc. cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Upper Class website at your own risk.

General Conditions
1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Upper Class website for any reason, without notice at any time.
2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

Copyright Rules
Upper Class Recordings respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Upper Class may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers.
